The woman behind the work, Nancy Gonzalez Madynski, is a passionate San Francisco native, born and raised in the Mission. Nancy is driven to maximize cultural impact and minimize environmental impact within her community. She spearheaded the Dolores Park Playground renovation, and is a recurring contributor to a range of local historical preservation and restoration projects throughout the city.

A pioneering woman within San Francisco’s construction community and the Bay Area’s first female Certified Green Builder. She holds numerous mentorships for women in construction and other male dominated industries. And for fun? She enjoys gardening, the arts, exploring local eateries, and endeavoring to find or make San Francisco’s último taco.
